3 mm parquet foam

The expanded polyethylene foam is an open-celled foam. It is manufactured with pollution-free systems and is totally recyclable. It is light, flexible, shock absorbent, watertight and vapor proof. It resists to chemical products and is decay resistant. It is used as an acoustical insulator and as a thermal barrier insulator to be installed under the parquet floors. It is totally compatible with floor heating systems and is in accordance with the DTU 51.11 (parquet floors and wood-faced, inlaid floor coverings (floating parquets)), the DTU 51.2 (glued parquet) and the DTU 51.3 (Floors of timber or wood panels). It can be also used as a packing protection.
