Cultisol and sailing
Since 2003, Cultisol has invested in a real human and sportive adventure: open sea sailing. Indeed, sailing and Cultisol are characterised by common values such as team spirit, passion and performance. The company chose to invest in the ambitious program of the Transat 6.50, which is a solo Atlantic cruise from La Rochelle (France) to Salvador Da Bahia in Brazil. Thanks to a first encouraging experience with Sébastien Mesure, 8th of the 2005 race, Cultisol then followed its commitment by sponsoring Stéphane Le Diraison who was 2nd at the end of the race within the serie category. Today, Cultisol still keeps on sponsoring Stéphane Le Diraison in the prototype category with a clear goal: to finish on the podium of the Transat 6.50 in 2009.
Stéphane Le Diraison, a promising skipper
Cultisol chose a promising and experienced skipper. Indeed, Stéphane has an impressive sportive curriculum and many years of experience in the open sea sailing race. Equipped with a real professional spirit and a strong motivation, he finished 2nd in the MAP Trophy and 3rd in the Mini-Fasnet in 2006. During the Transat 6,50 in 2007, Stéphane finished at the first position for the first step of the race between La Rochelle and Funchal. Despite his strong commitment to keep his leading position, Stéphane finally finished the race at the second position. The main objective for stéphane in 2009 is to finish on the podium of the prototype race.
Supporting the development of the company
More than a sportive challenge, the partnership between Cultisol and Stéphane Le Diraison allows the company to support the development of its bands, in particular close to consumers. Creating an unquestionable dynamic, shared by all the company members, this partnership will also be the opportunity to organise several events for the clients, the teams and the partners of Cultisol.
